Hi Marina!

I wanted to take a quick opportunity to let you know that our vacation home was simply gorgeous!!! This is the second time we have rented a home through you, and both times have been wonderful experiences for us! We loved this recent house, in fact so much that we only went out for groceries and one day for dinner and movie! We expected to run to Disney or Universal, but the pool and Jacuzzi made us not want to leave the house! The house itself was beautiful! It was simply a wonderful vacation, and a break that both of usreally needed.

I know that sometimes people aren't too happy with renting via cash (though I know you take paypal) and sometimes people are reluctant. I want to take an opportunity to tell them DO NOT HESITATE!!!! I had a bad experience once with a rental place, and I can tell everyone that I wouldn't go through anyone else now but you! The houses you found us were simply wonderful! I loved every minute of staying there! It was homey, but still had a vacation touch to it! I would get up, go out and have my coffee by the pool, lay in the sun (okay so with 30 spf sunscreen) swim, and then just relax! It was so wonderful to get away from home, and to have such a beautiful place to stay! We used the Jacuzzi often, and most of the time at night, nothing like a relaxing spa while gazing at the stars!

The house in Florida was beautiful, very clean, just as described. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed it everyday. There were baby alligators in the lake behind us, which my older children enjoyed watching and taking pictures of, they're old enough to know they can't get close. There were quite a few different birds also. Was a very nice area and would recommend renting a house to anyone that's going to Florida. I have your cards and will pass them around. In July our family decided to go to Orlando for our vacations. So many options and so many offers made our decision very hard to finalize. When we visited orlandoclassicvacations.com we had all the information we needed in an organized manner, easy to understand and great pictures of the property we wanted to rent. Renting a house was far better than what we expected. Not only were we close to Disney, Universal and other great attractions, but we had our own private pool to enjoy with the kids for after park hours. It was also great to have access to a full kitchen for late night munchies. During the trip we did not always agree on every activity, however having a house permitted us to keep everyone happy: if one wanted to take a knap, another watch TV, a third swim at the pool or go to the park, shop for souvenirs, or have dinner....all of these activities can be enjoyed at the same time. Hi Marina -

Just had to write to tell you what a great time we had in our Kissimmee house. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room to move around and had all the comforts of home. The pool and hot tub were a great place to spend hours relaxing after all the walking in the parks. We put the children in there and relaxed knowing that they were safe and having fun. Needless to say, they slept very well.

Five bedrooms sound like a lot but we used everyone and even the hide a bed and futon. We loved all the videos and games that were in the house. All in all it was exactly what you said it would be.

You have been great to work with the two times we've booked with you and I would recommend you highly to anyone interested in having a home to stay in for a Disney visit rather than a hotel room. Your directions and description of the houses were perfect and we loved the personal touch of giving us directions from where we were coming from to the house. You were always available for us if we had any questions and that's reassuring when your away from home.

Please feel free to give my name and phone number to anyone who may need a little reassurance about your services. We will definitely use your services again and recommend you to our family and friends.

It’s a wonderful house for the family of 4-6 people. It is close to the Disney parks, nice neighborhood, with SuperWalmart very close, comes handy. There are lots of nice restaurants close by. We specially enjoyed Carrabas Restaurant and celebrated our daughter's birthday there. Our children especially enjoyed satellite channels and TV in their bedroom, since us don’t have any cable at home. Kitchen was of decent size, fully furnished kept very clean. We really appreciate the owners sharing their house with us. I would certainly recommend this house to my friends.

Hello Marina,

Thank you so much for finding us the perfect vacation home. This is the first time my husband and I stayed in a home vs. a hotel. It's the best thing we have ever done.When bringing kids on vacation there are just a few necessities you need to make your vacation go smooth such as a kitchen, pool, and laundry room and this house provided all of those things. The kids were so happy and comfortable.While in Florida we visited Disney World, Universal Studios Since itwas so hot in Florida we spent most of the day at the house in the pool and then went out at night to see the attractions.I have attached some pictures of the house. We really enjoyed the house; our two year old Lauren kept us very busy at Disney. The house was beautiful and it had everything we needed. I will never rent a hotel room again!!!! We rented that house from Marina for the same if not less than what a small hotel room would have cost and we would have had no room and privacy, not to mention our own kitchen, pool and washer and dryer.

Hi Marina!!
We wanted to thank you for another wonderful vacation!! This is the sixth or seventh year that we have rented through your company for our spring break vacation and again were extremely impressed. I know that you went through a lot of homes trying your best to find us (family of 7) that perfect house. When we go on vacation to Flordia we typically spend most of our time at the vacation rental in the pool/jacuzzi enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Marina makes everything very easy so that we can enjoy our vacation. We love the fact that we can make our own meals whenever we went, we don't have to have a schedule everyday, which 3 teenage girls, an 11 year old boy and a 4 year old girl can make it quite difficult. Marina is someone that you can trust and we have become very good friends.over the years. I have recommended people to her and always will. Marina has even invited my family to visit her in Nevenda. Marina's company is the only one that I will rent from.

The pool was a life saver and it came in very handy after we got back from being at the theme parks all day and the location was right in the middle of all of our destinations which was just perfect. All of our little doggies that we brought with us were sad when it came time to leave but we assured them that we would be doing this again soon. My family has rented homes in Florida from Orlando Classic Vacations for many years now.  We live in Ontario Canada and value our Christmas and March Break getaways highly. With a family and busy careers the arrangements must be carefully planned and organized.  We have always received prompt communication from Marina whenever we have questions or concerns.  We have at times required homes with wheel chair access and other requirements which Marina has arranged for us with out any problems.  We always get the directions to the house and the code a week or two before we leave and we are then ready to go south.  We arrive at the homes and in no time are enjoying the pool and everything the homes have to offer.  We visit the parks and area attractions and return to our home away from home.  We arrive home from our holiday and start planning for our next trip.  I highly recommend Marina and her company as they have always come thorough for us.
